Jordås farm ~ the whole place with 21 beds!

Welcome to Jordås farm, perfect for the extended family or larger group traveling together! 21 beds in 9 bedrooms and an open room/office with a pull-out bed. A place for nature and outdoor life, recovery and rest in quiet surroundings! We have great hiking areas, rowboat rental and fishing opportunities. The space The area: The farm is very sheltered and idyllic without traffic, with forests and land surrounding the farm. Here, both adults and children have a good space to play in the yard and the surrounding areas. Large and nice playground with swing set, slide and beach toys. We have a large and nice lavvu 500 m from the farm at your disposal, in addition to a canoe and rowboat at Lindvannet (2 km). Possibilities for fishing and setting nets. Large barrel grill and fire pan on the outside of the house. House: Here you get two complete houses, in one and the same building (total 350 sqm). *Two fully equipped kitchens *Multiple living rooms with sofas and TVs * Two bathrooms. - Bathroom, guest house: sink and shower - Bathroom main house; sink, bathtub and toilet *Two toilets * Laundry room with shower, washing machine and dryer in the main house * 9 bedrooms and 1 open bedroom with a bunk bed (office) *Jordås Igloo* Our lavvu is located about 500 m from the farm by an idyllic pond. It can be used by overnight guests. It has many seats, and is nice for accommodation for up to 5 people. Here the opportunities are good to see beavers, foxes, badgers, moose, red deer and roe deer. There are animal tracks right past the lavvu, and the beaver has a lodge here! Please let us know in advance if you wish to use it. *Canoe/rowboat and fishing opportunities* At Lindvannet, which is a freshwater lake located 2 km further into the property, we have canoe and rowboat rentals, as well as simple fishing equipment. *Beaver hunting* We rent beaver hunting for hunters with a license. Please contact for information and price. *Walking and cycling areas* Popular hiking trails and hiking routes such as the children's hiking trail, Kongeveien, Einerfjell, and Kyrkjevegen are located in the immediate area and the farm can be used as a starting point for most trips. *Swimming and beach life* - Freshwater with possibilities for swimming from Svaberg (3 min walk from the farm) - Lindvannet (2 km) - swimming from Svaberg - Lundesanden (3 km) very large, long sandy beach - perfect for families with small children! There is also a floating jetty with a diving tower for the older children. - The archipelago in Grimstad (nearest place about 17 km) - must be experienced. Enjoy the day on a skerry or a lovely sandy beach! There is also boat rental in Grimstad, if you want to fish or spend the day on an island! At Kalvehageneset it is nice to go for a walk and it is adapted for wheelchair users and prams. Guest access Guests will have the entire farm for themselves. We (the landlord) must regularly tend to the horses on the farm. All the facilities on the farm are of course available to our guests, and include: *Laundry room with washing machine and dryer *Large playground with sand, beach toys and swing rack with slide. *Football pitch *Multiple zones with garden furniture and a barbecue. *Lending of canoe, rowboat and simple fishing equipment.
