A fee of €50 will be deducted from the deposit in case of non-compliance or tobacco odor. ✦ Parties and gatherings are prohibited. Quiet must be respected between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Any noise may lead to intervention by our teams and an immediate end to the stay. ✦ Only guests registered at booking can occupy the listing. Any additional people must be authorized in advance. ✦ The accommodation must be left in a good condition: dishes made, garbage cans emptied and refrigerator clean. Otherwise, an additional fee of €25 will be charged from the security deposit. ✦ Pets are not allowed within the listing. If this rule is not respected, an additional cleaning fee of €50 will be deducted from the security deposit to cover the necessary deep cleaning. ✦ Late checkouts not allowed will be deducted from the security deposit, €20 per hour started ✦ In the event of damage or non-compliance with the rules, the guest authorizes the manager to deduct all or part of the security deposit after notification.
