Stylish Studio Apt near AIS and GIO Stadium

Professionally managed by Canstay. This stylish studio apartment is located right on the doorstep of the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) and GIO Stadium. It's close University of Canberra, Calvary Hospital Bruce and a short drive from Belconnen town centre. All of the furnishings are new and the apartment is only a few years old. If you are looking for a private place to stay in Canberra then this is an ideal choice. The space The fully furnished studio has a well-equipped kitchen (with a 4-burner cooktop), a washing machine, a TV with access to all local channels, a dryer and a spacious bathroom. There is plenty of parking in front of the building and no traffic noise at night. There is also a rear courtyard that enjoys a lot of sunshine in the afternoon. We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. COMMON AREA: Due to the pandemic, common areas may be closed without prior notice. Please refer to the updated guidelines and announcements in the premises at the time of your arrival. PARKING: There is no assigned parking for the apartment but there are spaces available in front. There are no marked spots but plenty to go around! Nearby Car rental: There's plenty in and around Braddon (Europcar, Budget, Ambassador and Avis, Herts in Mitchell) and it's just 15 - 20 minutes away. Guest access Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. Other things to note We don't provide HDMI cable however, you can bring your own if you wish to connect your laptop with the TV. The property is not wheelchair accessible. Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. WORK NOTICE (Weather Permitting: Work Completion may extend without prior Notice) Please note that there is an ongoing demolition work in the nearby area which may cause loud noise at times.
