You will have the upper level of the home to yourself which includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathroom. There is an apartment in the basement of this home that is occupied. This home is in a quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes from beautiful Stone Mountain Park, 35 minutes from downtown Atlanta, and it will comfortably accommodate a large group. The space This is a split-level home that has a main level, upper level, and a finished basement. The basement is not available for rent at this time, as is is occupied. There is 1 half bathroom on the main level and there are 2 full bathrooms on the upper level, one of which is in the master bedroom. What is stated regarding the number of people this place can sleep is based on 2 people sleeping on each queen size bed and 1 person sleeping on each twin size bed. If this is not how your group intends to use the beds, then this house will sleep less people for your group. Please review the pictures of the bedrooms and sleeping arrangements to determine if this place will suit your sleeping needs. The home has a fully stocked kitchen, a large front and back yard, and a covered front and back porch. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and grocery and retail stores are conveniently close. Ask about weekly and monthly rates. Guest access You will be able to access every space except the basement and the garage. There is enough parking space for at 6 vehicles outside of the garage. The garage is currently not for guest use. Other things to note The basement apartment is occupied. Pets are permitted. There is a pet fee. Please do not bring a pet if you have not indicated that you are bringing a pet. This property has outdoor cameras. It is much easier for both of us to address pets with upfront and honest communication. NO PARTIES. This is not a party house. You must be respectful of the neighbors.
