Circus wagon on the sheep pasture
Circus wagon on the sheep pasture
Description
Surrounded by trusting sheep, our circus wagon stands under a roof of maple trees. An exceptional place to stay with panoramic views for 1–2 adults. Sheep cuddling included! If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse). The space Inside: Pull-out bed (160x200 cm) with down quilts and spring mattresses. Classic design armchair for cozy reading hours with a view of the valley, heating in the living room and bathroom, excellent Wi-Fi (probably defective until June 26 due to storm damage), stove with oven, table with 2 chairs, large fridge with freezer, chest of drawers, toilet, shower (80x80 cm), 5 windows, some of which are floor-to-ceiling, chandelier, digital radio, magazines, small but fine library. Outside: 2 terraces, each with a table and 2 chairs; Adirondack chair, hammock for 2 people, herb garden, Kamado grill with charcoal, fire bowl with firewood (also wonderfully usable in winter). The wagon is cozy and warm even in the cold season thanks to the heaters, and it has a fan and an awning for when it's hot. 2 trekking bikes can be rented. We do not charge additional costs for the final cleaning; firewood and charcoal are included. Other things to note Our small Cameroon flock of sheep lives around the circus wagon property. Because the circus wagon is in the middle of the sheep pasture behind our house. The sheep are trusting and love to be cuddled and brushed. Since we are the last house before the forest, there are only fields, forests and meadows above the sheep pasture. There is no light pollution in Windeck, as the street lights are switched off between midnight and 5 a.m. A wonderful way to watch the moon, stars and satellites from the bed or terrace.
