The accommodation is situated in a secluded spot overlooking the River Derwent. A Stone built, single storey building with a contemporary interior finish. Furnished to a high standard with a warm and welcoming biomass boiler which heats the water and underfloor heating. Overlooking grassland with its own enclosed garden and seating area. Parking available to the front door. The space Kingfisher Lodge is a self-catering property with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private garden to the rear of the property overlooking grassland and ponies. Guest access You have access to the immediate area in and around Kingfisher Lodge. Plenty of parking. You are welcome to walk over the field to the river. Other things to note WE ACCEPT ONE SMALL/MEDIUM DOG ONLY. NO LARGE BREEDS PLEASE.
