U City Urban Oasis2

Urban Oasis has opened up another room on the second floor of our beautiful home!! Your room and stay features the same amenities found in our first listing, but more! It has a flat screen tv, desk, queen size bed and plenty of closet space! The space I think what's most unique about my space is that it literally is an Oasis in the middle of the City! (My block) is quiet, picture perfect in the early mornings with birds filling the air with music and offers a pleasant view with trees and beautifully manicured lawns! Come and see for yourself! Guest access As a guest in our home you have access to the kitchen, the dining room and the living room. A light continental breakfast will be served the first week of a two week or more reservation. The house is located within blocks of University City/Center City--just a train ride away on the market El. During your stay Because l live in the home you will always have access to me. I like to meet my guest at whatever level they are interested in engaging me at the time. I understand that many times guest simply want to be left alone to study and other guest love being social. Which ever you are, I am a pretty flexible person so I am sure you would have a wonderful stay! Other things to note For your groceries, there is a Aldi on 46th & Market. Other convenient stores include Rite Aid (By 41st and Market) CVS (By 48th and Market), gas stations (Chestnut Street) Also, we just added a new member to the family and that is six-month-old buddy, the cat! :) Buddy, as been described by guest as "darn cute."
