Plenty of room for the fam The space Welcome to Corella Accommodation. 1D is a spacious older style three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and open plan loungeroom and kitchen and is the perfect place to relax. The first and third bedroom have comfortable queen size beds with fresh bedding and plenty of clothing storage, while the second bedroom has a king single with fresh bedding and dresser. The first bathroom is located between the first and second bedrooms, while the second bathroom is located between the third bedroom and loungeroom. Both bathrooms have vanities, showers and toilets. The loungeroom has large flat screen TV and leather couches to relax while the kitchen comes fully equipped for cooking and has plenty of bench space and also includes a comfortable breakfast bar. The kitchen contains an oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Next to the open plan kitchen/loungeroom is the laundry which has all the essentials to wash a load of clothing. At the front of the apartment is a small patio with seating to relax, which joins the driveway/carport that is suitable for 2-3 cars and opens out to a small yard at the rear of the property. This whole area can be enclosed which is also suitable for those with pets. The apartment also includes air conditioning units throughout, free wifi, off street parking and essential items such as iron, ironing board and many items available on request including a cot, highchair and baby bath. Please note that Kalgoorlie is a mining town and Forrest Street Apartments has a prime view of the infamous Kalgoorlie Super Pit, so things being dusty is just a fact of life here.
