Great Odenwald getaway with terrace - "obbe" apartment

Plenty of space, tranquility and nature: Our 95 m² vacation apartment "obbe" in Kirchzell-Preunschen offers a cozy vacation home for up to 5 people in the middle of the Odenwald. Two bedrooms, a large kitchen, a separate living room and the 35 m² terrace with a grill make the apartment ideal for families, couples or a vacation with friends. Hiking trails and excursion destinations such as the legendary Wildenburg are right in the surrounding area. The space Our apartment "obbe" is located in the attic of our family-run house in Preunschen and offers plenty of space to relax and feel good in an area of about 95 m². The heart of the apartment is the cozy living room with direct access to the spacious, approximately 35 m² terrace. Here you can have a quiet breakfast in the morning, relax after a hike or end your day on vacation with a barbecue. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering, including a stove and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Two separate bedrooms are available for restful nights: • Bedroom 1 with large double bed (200 × 200 cm) and crib • Bedroom 2 with a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and an additional single bed (90 × 200 cm) This makes the apartment suitable for families with children as well as for two couples or smaller travel groups. The bathroom was renovated in 2022 and has a modern rain shower. The toilet is separate. Linens and towels are furnished. A high chair and games for indoors and outdoors are also available for families. Guest access With us, the Odenwald begins right outside the front door. Preunschen is a quiet little place surrounded by meadows and forests, making it ideal for those who want to switch off for a few days and be outdoors. The Nibelungensteig leads through the area, and the medieval castle ruins of Wildenburg are also a special destination for a hike. With its connection to Wolfram von Eschenbach and "Parzival," it is one of the most exciting historical places in the region. Our house also includes chickens and a small beekeeping operation. Depending on availability, you can get fresh eggs and, by arrangement, also get a glimpse of our beekeeping. Forests, hiking trails and small Odenwald villages await all around. The Wildenburg is located below Preunschen and can be reached via hiking trails. Amorbach, Miltenberg and other destinations in the Odenwald and Churfranken are also suitable for day trips. If you prefer to hear birdsong in the morning rather than street noise, you've come to the right place.
