The space The house underwent a complete renovation in 2018, maintaining the island’s traditional architectural style while introducing modern simplicity and an elegant touch of white. Spanning two separate floors, this four-bedroom residence comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for large groups or families who wish to spend quality time together. It is equipped with all essential amenities and luxurious features, including a minibar, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi speakers, parking space ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. On the ground floor, two separate guest rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and minibar, are accessed from the garden. These rooms offer an outdoor lounging and dining area for added convenience. Please not they are not connected. The first floor includes two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The spacious living room, featuring a 40-inch TV, offers a stunning view of the sea. A dining area and a fully equipped kitchen complete this floor. Additionally, the first floor boasts a unique, expansive balcony with breathtaking views of the Aegean islands. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, while the ground floor rooms also feature ceiling fans. Both the living room and dining area are air-conditioned for your comfort. Facilities 1. You’ll also have access to a private parking spot for one car on the property for your convenience. Please note: there is a second house located behind the guest house that is not accessible to guests. This space is private and not part of the rental.
