Traditional 35m2 summer cottage by the sea, easy to reach. -2020 renovated interior, exterior is renovated 2021. -Sunny location facing south -Sauna, TV, Wifi, full kitchen equipment -Quiet sea bay, with shallow waters The space Even though by the road, well protected by bushes and fence. You'll have your own privacy without feeling you are in the middle of nowhere... Beach is few meters away, a dead-end road goes between the cottage and beach. Beach is shallow with muddy bottom. Water gets warm easily as the bay is very shallow (only ~2m on the middle). Rowing boat (with life jackets) is at your disposal during whole stay, some fishing equipment are also available. The villa has full fishing rights (nets, hooks, etc.). Also fishing trips (½day / full day), etc. are available by separate supplier. There are also 2 bikes at your disposal. Other things to note Very limited storage for travel bags, etc. No real wardrobes available, the shed at the yard is at your disposal for this use. Not suitable for allergic persons, dog occasionally at the cottage! No running water in the kitchen, but in the sauna. Water must be warmed in the sauna. Drinking water will be supplied by host. Toilet is a traditional dry toilet and it's emptied before every visit (=like new). Bed sheets and towels are included in the price, as well as cleaning. So; if you are King Charles III, this might not be for you...
