We are situated in the quiet affluent Atlantic Shores neighborhood with a panoramic ocean view and ocean breeze. The apartment is well furnished and equipped with the home away from home comforts that you will need making this an ideal base for your self-catering holiday. 10 minutes from the airport, St. Lawrence Gap and Dover Beach, 5 minutes from Oistins and Miami beach, 2 minute walk to nearest beach. At Oistins you will find bank/ATM, pharmacy, post office, souvenir shops and supermarket. The space We have 3 new clean and bright studio apartments Unit #1 has 2 single beds Unit #2 has 1 double bed Unit #3 has 1 queen bed These units can only accommodate a maximum of 2 people per unit Long term rates can be arranged for a stay longer than 90 days Each unit is fully equipped with large refrigerator/water dispenser, 4 burner gas range/rotisserie, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, iron and board, linens and bath towels and is self maintained although cleaning service can be arranged for a nominal fee Air conditioner works with a token you purchase One token sells for $30 bds and will give you 20 hours of a/c There are floor fans in each apartment as well All windows are screen protected and tinted Guest access Communal washing machine and clothes line Patio with bistro table and chairs High speed internet/WIFI fast and reliable Separate entrance to apartments During your stay Come and stay with us and we will show you how the locals do it. We live on site and we are always available to answer questions and make recommendations. We will help with booking excursions, car or taxi reservations and restaurant reservations. We show you the bus route, restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, we will transport you to the bank and supermarket on your first day, We will make sure you are informed of the do's and the do not's while vacationing here in Barbados and we are available to answer all of your questions. Other things to note We are situated in Atlantic Shores which has fantastic wind surfing, kite surfing and surfing capabilities We are a 2 minute walk to Surfers Bay Atlantic Shores is an upscale neighborhood Air conditioner works with a token you purchase One token sells for $25 bds and will give you 20 hours of a/c There are floor fans in each apartment as well We supply you with a starter pack consisting of some coffee, tea, sugar, coffee creamer, juice, fruit, toilet paper, soap, salt and pepper, enough to get you through until you get to the supermarket Please note that by Barbados Law, civilians can not wear military camouflage design clothing. It is reserved for the Barbados Defense Force. It's an odd rule but just be aware especially when entering through Customs/Immigration. We are not handicap accessible
