This includes all living areas, the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, the laundry room and the TV lounge in the basement. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, wine and beer glasses, cups, a coffee maker and everything else needed for cooking and meals. We provide duvets, pillows, mattresses and towels, so everything is ready for a comfortable stay. The outdoor areas belonging to the main house — including the terrace/balcony with seating and barbecue, as well as the backyard with outdoor dining area, hot tub and fire pit — are for guests’ use only. Parking is available on the property, and electricity and hot water are provided. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or special requests — we’re happy to help. Other things to note The home is located in a quiet residential area and is best suited for respectful, low-key guests. It is not suitable for parties or loud gatherings. There is a separate, permanently rented apartment in the basement with its own private entrance, occupied by a retired couple. This unit is clearly separated from the guest areas and does not affect the stay or the outdoor spaces available to guests. The hot tub is an M-Spa and can be used year-round. The garage and EV charger will be available from May 2026 (not available at present). The house is located just a 5-minute drive from Pulpit Rock (Preikestolen), a popular hiking destination — we recommend starting early during high season.
