The Barn is located at The Chestnuts holiday cottages which are located on a characteristic and authentic Lincolnshire farm offering high quality self-catering holiday accommodation, with private fishing lakes. The Chestnuts nestled within idyllic countryside provide the ideal base from which to explore the hustle and bustle of the East Coast and unspoilt Lincolnshire Wolds. The space The Barn is a luxury, open plan, large, modern barn conversion. Downstairs is a modern kitchen, double height dining area and sitting room complete with wood burning stove. Two bedrooms (one a king + child's bed and the other a twin) and a wet room are situated off the dining area. Upstairs is a beautiful lounge with large plasma screen, surround sound entertainment system and balcony looking over pasture lands. A open, glass landing leads to a king bedroom and bathroom with beautiful roll top bath, amazing for long soaks. The Barn has gas central heating and a wood burning stove with a free supply of wood. Outside is a south-facing enclosed patio and walled, raised flower beds. In addition there is a further king size bedroom available a short hop across the courtyard, (please note there are no bathroom/toilet facilities with this bedroom, but The Barn is very close). Guest access Whole space and private courtyard. Guests are welcome to use all other facilities at The Chestnuts Holiday Cottages, including private fishing lake, children playground, games room, feeding of farm animals and 24hr access washroom. Other things to note The fourth bedroom is a short hop across the private courtyard. There is no attached bathroom. Suitable only during the warmer months. Strict Policy: One dog per booking, no dogs under 1 year. Charges are £25 for short breaks and £50 for a week per dog payable on arrival. There is also a gas bbq for hire at a cost of £10 per day if available on the day.
