Domaine Legros – Le Chalet Nord

Here, the wood tells its story through every beam. Chalet Nord stands like a timeless retreat, surrounded by 4,000 m² of greenery shared with Chalet Sud and our home. Since the property is not fenced, wildlife moves freely, and so do you. The space Inside, you will find a cozy living area with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living room, and a private terrace to enjoy the outdoors. Whether it's a weekend getaway for couples, a stay for families, or a trip with friends, everything is designed to make you feel at home here… but better. The master bedroom is located on the mezzanine, with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), a dresser, and a closet rod. On the ground floor, we have a large open-plan living room with a convertible sofa bed (150 x 180) and a modern kitchen with a garden view. The outdoor area features a large terrace overlooking the garden, with an outdoor table, barbecue, Nordic tub, and a small covered relaxation area. The terrace provides access to the shared garden, a pétanque court, and a pond. ***Things to Note*** - Bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. - We do NOT provide shampoo or body soap. - We provide firewood for the Nordic bath, the wood-burning stove, and the barbecue. Guest access The North Chalet is located on a 4,000-square-meter (1-acre) rental property, which also includes our house and the South Chalet. Domaine Legros is close to Heusy's shops (bakeries, supermarkets, etc.) and just a short walk from numerous hiking trails. Our chalets are accessible by public transportation and are a 10-minute drive from Verviers Central Station. Each of our properties has free private parking. Other things to note The renter is fully liable for any damage, deterioration, loss, or impairment caused to the property, its amenities, furniture, indoor and outdoor facilities, and common areas. Any damage found after check-out may be charged retroactively based on photos, reports, estimates, or invoices.
