The living room has a sofa and TV and the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped offering everything from a full-sized stove to tableware and utensils, ensuring that your short or long holidays will feel like home! The property includes three bedrooms: the master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has its own bathroom. Second and third beddrooms feature single beds. The bathroom features a bathtub that you can fill with water and relax inside. The apartment is part of an intimate residential resort complex featuring a well-maintained shared swimming pool. This is a requirement outlined in our management agreement with the property owner. The process takes just 1 minute to complete. Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout. This process is mandatory by the Hotels & Tourism Establishments law KΔΤΙ 192/85, Καν. 10 & 64 (1) & (2) and you are required to complete the form to receive the key collection information prior to your arrival. THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation. PROPERTY GUEST GUIDEBOOK TWO days prior to your arrival, you will receive a link to your Personal Guest Guidebook. This guide contains all essential information about the property and your stay. We strongly suggest using the link before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before reaching out to us with any questions during your stay, please check the Guest Guidebook first - in most cases, you’ll find the answer there quickly and easily. EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS • If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed. • EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost. • Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €30/stay for High Chair or €40/stay if you wish to order both together. • Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.
