Located in a fantastic and peaceful location, the residence is about a mile from the town of San Nicola l'Arena, an interesting tourist seaside village with boats and where you can find nice restaurants, shops and entertainment, sandy and rocky beaches of Trabia and Altavilla such as Lido Sporting, Capannina or Torre Normanna, and a wide range of free or equipped beaches with entertainment. Several suggestive coves extend along the seafront, which represent one of the points of greatest attraction together with the clear blue sea and the soft sandy coast.
