Cozy Unit #1 of a Two Unit Beach Bungalow

Our newly updated studio is just a few steps to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and attractions including Salt Rock Grill; Sharky's Beach Pub, (across the street); Ice Cream Shop; Surf Shop; Smuggler's Cove Adventure Golf and much more. The unit was recently fully updated. The adjoining unit is also available to rent with interior, (locking) door access. The unit was recently fully updated. The adjoining unit is also available to rent with interior, (locking) door access. Guest access We include beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler and a portable folding wagon for your beach time pleasure. There is a small paver-stone patio next to the unit for your use. There is also an outdoor shower on the back porch to rinse off after the beach, if you like. Other things to note We accept pets on a case my case basis. Please reach out with information about your pet(s), including breed, weight, etc. Only quiet, well behaved pets will be allowed. If your pet barks excessively or otherwise disturbs the neighbors, you will be asked to leave immediately without refund of the remaining nights. You must have written permission prior to arrival in order to bring a pet. There is a Nonrefundable Pet Fee of $50 per pet - Two Pets Max unless otherwise allowed by host or co-host.
