Adult Hotel (Young people from 16yrs) Fully equipped spacious apartment amidst the 4 mountain ski area of Schladming/Ski Amadé, ideal starting point for hiking trips in summer time, partner of Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard. The space We're offering a 3 room apartment with 72 sq.m. consisting of a spacious living room, 2 sleeping rooms (with 2 and 3 beds), a fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, surrounding balcony and beautiful garden. Coffee and tea included. The apartment covers the whole 1st floor, no elevator. Hosts speak german and english. Our modern equipped apartment in a rustic style with framing balcony and a large garden is located between the city of Schladming and the village Rohrmoos, only a stone's throw away from all the hotspots in the area. There is space for 2 to 5 persons, you and your companions are the only guests in the house and you stay on your own separate floor. The house is located quietly at the end of a blind alley, surrounded by meadows and forest. You can relax in the garden or have a bbq outside with your friends. A three car parking area is available free of charge. As latest since the FIS ski world championships 2013 Schladming is well known as a centre of ski sports throughout the world. In the middle of the "Skiwelt Amadé" ((URL HIDDEN) it provides manifold opportunities for skiers and winter sport fans. At adequate snow conditions slopes are reachable by foot, ski bus stop is at main road just 100m away. Cross country skiers can use tracks both in Rohrmoos and neighbouring place Ramsau. For summer vacationists the mountains of "Niedere Tauern" offer nearly endless options with a giant net of hiking paths and tracks and numerous fixed rope routes. Not far away there are several adventure and roped tree climbing parks, swimming lakes, the spa of "Therme Amade" ((URL HIDDEN) as well as summer bob runs and a mountain go-kart track. Most of those attractions can be used on reduced fair or for free with the Sommercard ((URL HIDDEN) we are partners of that. Schladming is reachable by train. Between Graz and Salzburg all long-haul trains stop here. Good connections from Vienna, Munich or Zurich. We pick you up at the station for free. By car it's 50 mins drive from Salzburg, 2 hrs from Graz or 3 hrs from Vienna or Munich. Closest airport is Salzburg. Guest access There's a fully furnitured and equipped apartement available on a seperate level for our guests. It is surrounded by a huge balcony, offering stunning views to several mountains. In summer we keep sunbeds ready in the garden where you can relax. Other things to note Due to the county laws of Styria guests have to pay EUR 2,50 per person over 15 years and night. This tax is not included in the rental price and is to pay at the end of the stay in cash to the host.
