On the lake

Just imagine: you wake up in the morning and see the water outside the window. You go to the pier with a cup of coffee. It's quiet, you can hear the birds. You quickly forget about the rush of everyday life. With us, you can go on an expedition with our kayaks, boat, you can swim in the lake, paddleboard or sit on our beach in a deck chair. The evening is the perfect time for a campfire, relaxing in the Jacuzzi and sauna. There is a space for families and groups of friends on the Lake in Szydłówka. Come and recharge your batteries. The space Beautiful modern house with an area of 200m2 located on a large, tastefully decorated plot with a small park, a lot of free space and a playground for children. The property is located on the very shore of the lake with over 60m of shoreline, which provides beautiful panoramic views of the lake surface from the garden as well as from the inside of the house and from the jacuzzi, which is 15m from the shore of the lake. In the garden, guests have a private jetty, a place for a bonfire / barbecue located practically on the shore of the lake and a private beach. In addition, on the property there is a separate house with a sauna for 8 people, from which a beautiful view of the lake extends through a large window. The sauna has a sound system available via bluetooth (you can listen to music from your own smartphone, e.g. Spotify. In addition, the sauna house has a covered terrace with a seating area. The house has 4 double bedrooms, a large recreation room, where there is a sofa bed for another 2 people, a mini gym, children's toys, board games, and a teepee tent. Two separate bathrooms and a separate toilet. Fully equipped kitchen with an island, induction hob, oven, microwave, SBS fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, wine cooler and dishwasher. The kitchen offers a beautiful panoramic view of the lake, as well as the spacious living room, where large glazing opens it to the garden with a terrace and the lake. In the living room there is a large smart TV, a freestanding fireplace and a sofa with a small coffee table. The house is managed by a smart home system. The system manages access to the property, the interior of the house, alarm, monitoring (cameras), SPA zone (sauna and jacuzzi), lighting, air conditioning, heating, etc. There are several free parking spaces on the property. Guest access The entire property, i.e. the garden, the house and the sauna house, are rented exclusively. We guarantee full privacy to tenants. Other things to note Before arrival, guests receive an access code from me to enter the property. The code will be valid during your stay.
