La Hal'te Verte

Discover our *** gîte, a fully renovated old merchandise hall, located on the edge of the South Ardennes Greenway. This unique place can accommodate 6 adults and 5 children. Thanks to direct access to the Voie Verte from the gîte, shops and activities are accessible by bike🚲. (+ 1 independent toilet) Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet are waiting for you for a comfortable stay. bedroom 1: 160x200 bed, trundle beds (2 beds 90x190), en suite shower room. Bedroom 2: 5'3" x 6'7" (160 x 200 cm) bed. bedroom 3: bed 160x200, 2 bunk beds 90x190 (+1 ''drawer '' bed) Everything is surrounded by a vast wooded lot, perfect for relaxing in the heart of nature. Many games are available inside and out, including a pétanque court. Many activities await you in the surrounding area: cycling along the Greenway, exploring hiking trails, relaxing with a fishing trip, enjoying the rental of canoes and rosalies for convivial moments in nature, or savoring local products. Baby equipment available: bottle warmer, changing mat, crib (with mattress and sheets), baby bath, gate at the top of the stairs, high chair, step, potty, toilet reducer. Kitchen equipment: integrated and equipped kitchen for 10 people, with multifunctional food processor, plancha, crepe maker, raclette machine, Dolce Gusto coffee maker. Towels and towels available upon request and at extra cost. Air conditioning only in bedrooms. Electric roller shutters. Wi-fi The accommodation is equipped with essentials such as coffee, sugar, honey, condiments, household products. If possible, we have selected local and/or eco-friendly products.
