Our very simple country house in the village is partly furnished with the family's antique objects. It is ecologically renovated with clay plaster (no reception in the house) and natural colors. A few spiders, flies, etc. must be expected. For heating and for the warm water, the self-heating basic oven is used, which radiates a pleasant warmth; as well as the solar panels. The house about 120 m2 is very simple but cozy with a warm oven bench in the dining area, sitting area, ski hut atmosphere, mattress storage for total. 16 people or 2 more people in the garden house, full kitchen for extensive cooking and baking - cold in winter; a large bathroom with shower and tub - heated with the door open in winter; In winter, the shutters should always remain facing the street and closed to the back at night so that the heat of the oven does not disappear. In summer sheltered terrace with sun and great table for everyone. Children can play. For animals we have food bowls, cat toilets in the house. The sauna can be booked for €30,- per wooden bag for 1 - 2 sauna evenings. However, this must be announced immediately so that we can make wood. There are 3 sleeping areas: 1st bedroom: ground floor with large double bed and cot, which can be put directly on the parent bed. In winter, the bedroom door must be left open so that the oven heat can draw in there. 2nd bedroom: Mattress storage with sliding door in the roof; 4 single mattresses and 2 double mattresses, nice and warm in winter with the door open. 3. Sleeping area upstairs: mattress storage but open to the living area on the ballustrade with 2 single mattresses and 1 double mattress. Very warm in winter, due to the oven underneath. All mattresses are on slatted frames for good ventilation. A walk-through bathroom to the kitchen on the ground floor and a small enclosed bathroom in the roof. The Kitchen can be reached via the terrace or bathroom. The house belongs to the terrace and the courtyard to the stable and the roses. Behind the property begins the forest. From 10 p.m., no more fire on the terrace and please speak quietly. Guest access Access from the front with 2 steps directly from the street, from the back via a slightly uneven courtyard without steps. Inside, the lower floor is completely level. Living room with old tube TV and direct operation on the TV, dining room, 2 bathrooms, terrace, wood sauna (only with prior registration 1 bag of wood €30 for 1-2 sauna evenings) Our house is unsuitable for babies because we cannot offer extraordinary hygiene. Also unsuitable for craftsmen because we cannot offer luxury. Other things to note The yard and garden are overgrown with wild plants, which could disturb toddlers, and we store natural building materials and wood in the yard. It's not all rented out, but you can walk through. In the surroundings you can cycle nicely - please bring your own bike, be in the forest, hike, sit by the campfire - get wood from the forest, barbecue - very easy to clean yourself, enjoy peace, cuddle, have fun, make music or swim in Lake Wusterwitz and play table tennis on the village children's playground.
