Our very simple country house is partly furnished with the family’s antique items. It has been renovated in an environmentally friendly manner using clay plaster and natural paints. A few spiders, flies, etc. must be expected. For heating and for the warm water, the self-heating basic oven is used, which radiates a cozy warmth; as well as the solar panels. It is fully equipped like a residential building because we also live here or are in the garden. !Infants pay half! The space Not suitable for tradespeople and infants, no luxury, no 5-star hygiene. The house of about 120 m² is very simple but cozy with a warm stove bench in the dining area only in winter, sitting area, ski lodge atmosphere, mattress storage for a total of 16 people or 2 more people in the garden house, a full kitchen for extensive cooking and baking – cold in winter; a large bathroom with shower and tub – warmed up in winter when the door is open; In winter, the shutters facing the street should always remain open, and those facing the back should be closed at night so that the heat from the stove does not escape. In summer, a sheltered terrace with sun and a large table for everyone. Children can play. For animals, we have feeding bowls and cat litter boxes in the house. The sauna can be booked for €40.00 per bag of wood for 1 - 2 sauna evenings. There are 3 sleeping areas: 1st bedroom: on the ground floor with a large double bed and a small child's bed, which can be placed directly next to the parents' bed. In winter, the bedroom door must be left open so that the heat from the stove can flow in there. 2nd bedroom: Mattress room with a sliding door in the roof; 4 single mattresses and 2 double mattresses. Nice and warm in winter with the door open. 3. Sleeping area upstairs: Mattress dormitory but open to the living area on the balustrade with 2 single mattresses and 1 double mattress. Very warm in winter due to the stove below. All mattresses are on slatted frames for good ventilation. A walk-through bathroom to the kitchen on the ground floor and a small enclosed bathroom in the attic. The The kitchen can be reached via the terrace or the bathroom. The house includes the terrace and the courtyard up to the stable and the roses. We ourselves live in 3 campers behind the barn. The forest begins behind the property. From 10 PM, no more fires on the terrace and please speak quietly. No more music on the terrace; the neighbors want to sleep! With fewer guests, not all rooms are available. Guest access Please park in front of our small courtyard gate or on the street. NOT ON THE MEADOW in front of the house. Access from the front with 2 steps directly from the street, from the back via our private, slightly uneven courtyard without steps. Inside, the lower floor is completely flat and wheelchair accessible. Living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms, terrace, wood-burning sauna (only with advance reservation; 1 bag of wood for €40 for 1-2 sauna evenings) Our house is unsuitable for babies because we cannot offer extraordinary hygiene. Also unsuitable for craftsmen, because we cannot offer luxury. To the side of the terrace, above our yard, is our private access to our private living area, where we park our cars in front of the barn. Behind the kitchen, by the barn and past our campers, is the path to the sauna. Other things to note The yard and garden are overgrown with wild plants, which may disturb infants, and we store natural building materials and wood in the yard. That's all. It's not a guest pond, but you can walk through it. In the surroundings you can enjoy cycling - please bring it with you, be in the forest, hike, sit by the campfire - get wood from the forest, barbecue - very easy to clean yourself, enjoy peace, snuggle up, have fun, make music or bathe in Lake Wusterwitzer and play table tennis in the village children's playground.
