A newly renovated, bright and beautiful two-bedroom apartment situated in the heart of Green Point perfect for your stay, whatever the occasion. This apartment is located within walking distance of great restaurants in the area, the V&A Waterfront, the Green Point Stadium, the Sea Point Promenade, Parks & the MyCiti Bus route. The space Lovely, natural light falls onto the lounge suite in the summer. In winter, there is a fireplace to keep you warm and cosy and feeling at home under a blanket with a book. Fully equipped kitchen (with Nespresso machine) for those times when you just feel like a home-cooked meal. A little dining area inside and a lovely space outside to sit and eat and enjoy the sun on a warm day. The tropical-vibe lounge with flat-screen TV (and Netflix) is also great for relaxing after a long day of exploring the Mother City. The living area opens up onto the courtyard with outdoor furniture where you can relax with an early morning coffee or a late afternoon drink. This wonderful patio area also allows you to get that last-minute suntan or do a little yoga to start the day right. The bedrooms are kitted out with comfortable mattresses and luxury linen. While the main bathroom has a private, modern en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a stylish, separate bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Both bedrooms have built-in cupboards for you to store all your personal effects. The apartment comes with clean white linen & towels. Guest access Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves. Other things to note The complex gardener will need access to the courtyard every Thursday morning to clean the courtyard and water the plants. For stays longer than a week, a courtesy weekly or mid-stay clean is offered. We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required. Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided. No DSTV but basic channels and Netflix. Please note, you are required to have your valid physical Identification document (ID/ Passport/Drivers) on arrival for check-in. A refundable damages deposit of R2000 is required to secure your reservation.
