You can combine the visit to the temple with a swim in one of the nearby beaches and / or a meal in one of the local restaurants / tavernas. For the more romantic ones, you should definitely arrange to watch the sunset from the cape where the temple is located. The view is breathtaking! Having a car is not necessary, as beaches and restaurants can be reached by feet or by bus. However, a car is recommended if you want to easily explore the area at your own convenience.
