The downstairs bedroom is the smallest in the house with 10 square meters. There is also a large wardrobe and a safe for valuables here. It can be reached at ground level, is right next to the shower room and kitchen and has a wonderfully cozy box spring bed. This is 160 x 200 cm and slightly higher than the beds upstairs. Bedroom OG East: The room upstairs on the left with a view to the courtyard towards the east is about 23 square meters. It has 4 skylights that provide plenty of light in the room. Bedroom OG West: The room on the right on the upper floor, towards the west is the largest bedroom in the house and houses the ascent to the nest in the roof. Bathrooms: The house has 2 bathrooms. A narrow shower room downstairs and a large tub bath upstairs. The shower room on the ground floor can be used as a guest toilet at the same time, as it is located at the entrance next to the kitchen and close to the dining area and living room. A walk-in shower with rain shower head shower and underfloor heating makes for a special shower pleasure. The almost 7m2 upstairs bathroom, also with underfloor heating, offers plenty of space and light. In the 180 cm long bathtub you will also find space comfortably for two, as the inlet and drain are located in the middle of the tub.
