Gym access is available only to guests staying for 1 month or longer. Unfortunately, short-term guests are not permitted to use the gym. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Other things to note 1. Please read and accept all our house rules before make your reservation. 2. We will charge 1500THB/month for electricity to the guests who stay 28days or more. 3. We do not have cleaning service during you stay so please endeavour to keep the room clean like we do. Please treat it like your own home. Please do your own dishes and do not leave any dishes in the sink and take out your trash before you leave. In case you require cleaning service during your stay, we can book a cleaner for you. The fee is 500THB/time. 4. No Smoking in the room or bathroom, Fine 5000 THB. 5.
