Access to your accommodation from the Train Station by Tram estimated time 10 min (4th stop), access to the City Center 13 min and to the 24-hour circuit 12 min. Close to all amenities. The space Bright and warm 65 m² apartment, completely renovated in January 2024. Parking spaces available at the foot of the Residence. Ideally located, - By car: 10 min from the city center, 15 min from the 24-Hour Circuit, 15 min from the European Horse Center, 9 min from Papéa Amusement Park - By tram: 10 min from the train station (Le Mans – Paris TGV 50 min), 13 min from the city center, 12 min from the 24 Hours of Le Mans It offers a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine). Coffee capsules, tea and basic products (salt, pepper, vinaigrette...) will be offered. Direct access to the balcony, possibility to share a drink on this terrace. The living/dining area is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a beautiful table offering 6 seats. You will find a comfortable and easily maneuverable sofa bed for 2 people (140 x 190 bed). The living room leads to the balcony through its large bay window. Bedroom 1, master bedroom: This room with soft and relaxing colors offers a comfortable bed for 2 people (160 x 200 bed), as well as a built-in closet where you can store your belongings. Bedroom 2, modular bedroom: This second bedroom with warm colors offers multiple sleeping possibilities. Option 1: one single bed (90 x 200 cm) Option 2: two single beds Option 3: three single beds You will have a hanging space for your personal belongings. The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub, double sink, lighted mirror and washing machine. The apartment offers a separate toilet, iron on request, hair dryer on request and basic household products. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Possibility to add a crib and/or high chair as well as a folding stroller, on request and for an extra charge of €10. Plus, a robot vacuum cleaner will do the job while you're out, just remember to turn it on :-) Guest access The entire apartment will be reserved for you during your entire stay. Other things to note Free Residence parking, no assigned space. No smoking in the unit. Parties are not allowed. No pets allowed.
