You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The space Two bedrooms on the ground floor, one on the first, with a wonderful kitchen where guests can cook their own food. The home also boasts a strategic location - it's slightly out from the hustle and bustle, and yet a very short drive from all major attractions. Parking is also not an issue. We, as hosts, allow the parking of private vehicles slightly off the grounds of the property itself. To enhance your arrival experience, we recommend guests call the caretaker about 15 to 20 minutes before reaching the property. This allows the caretaker to meet you and guide you through the scenic route, which includes a short 50m walk to the house. Smoking is only permitted in the dedicated balcony area. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the indoors smoke-free to maintain our inviting atmosphere. Guest access Room access is based on the number of guests booked. For 4 guests, 2 bedrooms will be available (the other rooms will be locked). For 5 guests, 2 bedrooms and an extra mattress will be provided , third room will be locked. Other things to note -The property is suitable for family groups. All-male groups are not permitted. -Please keep music and noise levels reasonable at all times, especially during the evening, as there are neighboring properties nearby. - The property is surrounded by trees and natural greenery. While the property is cleaned before every check-in, you may occasionally come across insects, spiders, or other small creatures that are part of the natural environment. -Housekeeping services are available during designated hours only. We request guests to plan any housekeeping requirements accordingly. -Cook services can be arranged subject to availability and must be requested at least 2 days before check-in. -₹600 per meal for up to 6 guests - Groceries will be charged at actual cost -Parking is available at a designated paid parking area approximately 200 meters from the property. -Small cars: ₹200 per night - SUVs, Tempo Travellers, and larger vehicles: ₹500 per night -parking charges are payable directly by guests. -Due to access limitations, vehicles can reach only up to a certain point near the property. Caretaker assistance with luggage is available from the nearby access point but not from the parking area. -We request guests to treat the property and its surroundings with care and help us maintain the peaceful environment for everyone. -Guests are requested to submit soft copies of their ID proofs 2 days before arrival and show the hard copies of the ID proofs while checking in. -Let us know in case of early or late check-in, and we shall try our best to accommodate your needs based on our availability. -Our Experience Engineer will be in constant interaction with you throughout your stay.
