Spacious holiday house nearby lake

Spacious, well-equipped villa for up to 8 guests. Stay in the countryside with forest and lake at your doorstep. By car, Falun, Rättvik, Leksand, and Mora are all within easy reach. The house offers three comfortable bedrooms, two living rooms, large kitchen with dining area, two toilets, shower, and laundry room. Only three hours from Stockholm. The host lives in the apartment on the second floor and is close by to assist. Welcome to spend your next holiday here! The space The villa consists of two separate apartments, with the entire ground floor reserved for our guests. The apartment offers three comfortable bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed (180 cm), another with two single beds (90 cm), and the third features three sleeping spaces: a larger bunk bed (120 cm lower, 80 cm upper) and a single bed (90 cm). There are two spacious living areas, with additional sleeping options for up to two guests. A wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and a cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large dining area that seats up to eight people. From here, you have direct access to the terrace, which is furnished with outdoor seating and a grill – perfect for enjoying long summer evenings. For longer stays, a separate laundry room is available, equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities. Guest access Bed linens, towels, toilet paper, kitchen paper, as well as soap and shampoo are included in your stay. The kitchen is equipped with essentials such as cooking oil, coffee filters, dishwasher tablets, and spices. Fast and reliable WiFi is also available throughout the house. In the two living areas you’ll find TVs; one equipped with Apple TV, the other with a PlayStation 3 and Chromecast – perfect for movie nights or gaming sessions. For relaxing days outdoors, there are board games, garden games, and sun loungers available, so you can enjoy both activity and leisure at your own pace. Other things to note - As permanent residents of the house, the garden is divided into two areas. The section facing the neighborhood, including the pavilion, is private and reserved for our family. The entire garden area on the other side of the house, overlooking the lake, is accessible and reserved for our guests. - During the summer, we recommend bringing beach towels and comfortable outdoor shoes, like flip-flops or sandals for the garden. - If you’d like to try your luck fishing in the nearby lake, a fishing permit is required and can easily be purchased online. Please bring your own fishing gear.
