It enjoys a privileged position overlooking the valley up to Vesuvius, ideal for easily reaching the archaeological sites of Pompeii, Herculaneum, Paestum and the wonderful Amalfi Coast, which is only a few kilometers away. It is also located near the airports of Naples (50 km) and Salerno (35 km) and the international circuit of Naples-Sarno (22 km). Access is through a steep and characteristic 19th century piperno staircase that leads to a cozy and charming environment. From there, you can admire a breathtaking view of the Agro Nocerino, Vesuvius, and on the clearest days, even Ischia. The terrace, equipped with table, chairs and umbrella, is the ideal place to relax and enjoy spectacular sunsets. • A large bathroom equipped with all amenities, featuring a spacious shower and decorated with traditional Vietri ceramics that add a touch of tradition and style to the space. Other things to note Upon arrival, the payment of the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Cava de' Tirreni, equal to €1.50 per person per day (excluding children under 12 years of age), will be required in cash. The price includes all consumption. For electricity alone, the consumption will be charged if it exceeds the agreed amount (7 kWh per day). The kilowatt surplus will be calculated at 0.7 euros/Kwatt There is a connection by public transport (bus 067 Cava - S.
