Quiet cottage by the forest with fireplace, terrace

The ideal place to relax or to work in a relaxed and creative way. A small house on a 900 m² property in a slight hillside location, directly by the forest, outside a small village. Whether digital detox or digital native (there is super fast Internet here), here you will find what is important in peace! The space The house has a 15-meter-long, narrow terrace that stretches along its entire length. In the covered part, you will find a small outdoor kitchen with a charcoal grill. After opening the front door, you enter the cozy, bright bedroom with a super-comfortable box spring bed from a small hallway. There is enough space in the bedroom for a desk, so the room can also be used as a workspace or creative space. From the desk, you look directly out onto a beautiful, natural beech forest. Another door from the hallway leads into the cozy living room. In addition to the solid real wood sofa, the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. A small dining table completes the room. From the living room, you can enter the kitchen. You won't miss anything there. It is fully equipped. Of course, a dishwasher is included. Just like in the bathroom, the higher ceilings with exposed beams are lovely here. Behind the kitchen is the bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet and a beautiful vanity made of wooden planks with a countertop sink. A washing machine is available to you in the bathroom. The bathroom, of course, has a window and even a door to the outside. A great advantage: Short distances, so you can quickly get from the garden or the terrace to the bathroom and kitchen, for example. There is a SONOS speaker in every room. Simply download the app to your smartphone and enjoy your favorite music and podcasts throughout the house. By the way, you won't disturb any neighbors because the house stands alone – right by the forest! Make yourself as comfortable and at ease as possible. During the heating season from October to March, I provide firewood free of charge so that you can make yourself comfortable on chilly evenings. But to be honest, nature does what it wants. Spider webs, ants and other small forest creatures are simply part of the scene here. The garden, too, is more of a natural garden than a perfectly manicured English lawn. If you like things natural and want to enjoy the tranquility of the forest, you'll feel right at home here. A small detail to mention upfront: The roller blinds and blackout shades have a mind of their own and are currently not fully functional. This means that soft daylight fills the room in the morning. Those who love waking up with the first rays of sunshine will feel especially comfortable here. Guest access Don't drive past! At first, the entrance is difficult to see, because it is outside the village. Trust your navigation system and turn into the small forest path just before the town sign. That's where the house is. You can park right next to the fence or in front of the hut. Please make sure the path remains clear. It doesn't look like it, but every now and then the foresters or forest owners drive along there.
