The space The house has a 15-meter-long, narrow terrace that stretches along the entire length. In the covered part you will find a small outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. After opening the front door, you come from a small hallway into the cozy, bright bedroom with a super comfortable box spring bed. In the bedroom there is enough space for a desk, so the room also offers as a work or creative space. From the desk you look directly into a beautiful, natural beech forest. Another door from the hallway leads into the cozy living room. In addition to the solid real wood sofa, the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. A small dining table completes the room. From the living room, you can access the kitchen. You will not miss anything there, it is fully furnished. Of course, including a dishwasher. Beautiful here, just like in the bathroom, the higher ceilings with exposed beams. Behind the kitchen is also the bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet and a beautiful vanity made of wooden planks with a countertop sink. A washing machine is available in the bathroom. The bathroom, of course, has a window and even a door to the outside. Super advantage: short distances, for example, you can quickly get from the garden or the terrace to the bathroom and kitchen. There is a SONOS box in each room. Simply download the app to your smartphone and enjoy your favorite music and podcasts throughout the house. By the way, you won't disturb any neighbors, because the house stands alone - right by the forest! Make yourself as comfortable and easy as possible. During the heating season from October to March, I provide you with firewood free of charge so that you can make yourself comfortable on cool evenings. But honestly, nature does what it wants. Spider webs, ants or other small forest dwellers are simply part of it. The garden is also more of a natural garden than a perfectly maintained English lawn. If you like it original and want to enjoy the tranquility of the forest, you will feel comfortable here. A small detail in advance: The roller blinds and blackouts have their own mind and are currently not fully functional. This means that in the morning soft daylight fills the room. Those who love to wake up with the first rays of the sun will feel particularly comfortable here. Guest access Don't drive past! At first, the entrance is difficult to see, because it is outside the village. Trust your navigation system and turn into the small forest path just before the town sign. That's where the house is. You can park right next to the fence or in front of the hut. Please make sure the path remains clear. It doesn't look like it, but every now and then the foresters or forest owners drive along there.
