Our spacious (approx. 80 sqm) apartment is on the upper floor of the house (therefore unfortunately not accessible) and is lovingly and modernly furnished. The space The living/dining room is equipped with a large LED TV, a spacious sofa with a pull-out function and beautiful furniture/decoration. The bedroom is equipped with a small flat-screen TV and a safe and, at approx. 30 sqm, is extremely spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking area, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all the necessary kitchen utensils. In the bathroom there is a walk-in shower, a toilet and a modern sink, including Hair dryer. The pantry .... it had to be taken over as it was – it simply speaks for itself!!! On the outskirts of Astheim - in the heart of the Volkach Main Loop - lies our fruit farm with its vacation apartment, less than 100 meters away from the Main, idyllic gardens, vineyards and orchards. The location of our property here really invites you to relax and enjoy extensive tours on foot, by bike or by boat. Within sight of the lock, you also have an unforgettable view of the breathtakingly beautiful and unspoiled Old Main, which begins here. In our shop with its on-site distillery, you can purchase our regional products such as spirits, liqueurs, jams, fruits and vegetables if you wish.
