I've met wonderful people and enjoy sharing what our beautiful city of San Diego has to offer. The space This comfortable, sunny bedroom includes your own private bathroom, plenty of storage, utilities, Wi-Fi, kitchen privileges, laundry room on site, iron and ironing board available. Nice patio with morning sun to enjoy your coffee or relax with a drink. Condo complex has 3 pools and jacuzzis as well as tennis courts. Ask me for key if you'd like to enjoy them. Looking for professional, responsible, clean and friendly, non smoker, must have full time job with proof of employment or full time grad student (No work from home jobs). Ideal for scientific researcher, intern, med student on rotation, traveling nurse, grad student, military, business traveler or transitioning jobs. Singles only, no couples or kids. No pets. During your stay I'm happy to provide recommendations for places to hike, bike, dance, listen to live music or eat drink and be merry! Other things to note Stairs inside my condo- The bedroom and bathroom are located up stairs. Kitchen for minimal food preparation and light cooking use. If you are a big foodie and like to cook a lot, this is not for you. You must provide your own food and other consumables. A friendly cat named Max lives on the premises. Must be ok with cat!
