Here you can enjoy pure nature and at the same time the comfort of a modernly equipped accommodation. 🛏️ House & sleeping The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m). In the spacious living and dining area, you will find a 55" smart TV and a sofa bed for two people (1.60 × 2.00 m). If required, the living area can be separated with a slatted curtain – ideal for additional privacy. 🍳 Kitchen & Bathroom The open, modern kitchen invites you to cook together and offers: - Fully automatic coffee machine – Oven/stove – Dishwasher – Mixer – Microwave – Fridge with freezer compartment The large bathroom has a floor-level shower, in addition there is a separate guest toilet. A hairdryer is of course available. For children there is a play tower, a trampoline, a sandbox, while the adults can relax on the sky lounger or end the evening comfortably by the fire bowl. A barbecue is also available to you – perfect for summer evenings together in the countryside 🍖🔥 In the garden also live our two friendly rabbits Karl & Heinz, who are happy about being petted. 🐰🐰 🚗🚌 Arrival & mobility Directly at the apartment, your own free parking spaces are available – exclusively for our guests. Even without a car, you are well on your way: The nearest S-Bahn stop is only about 400 m away.
