My place is close to The Golden Circle and the Highlands. The place has picturesque view. You can see Hekla, Eyjafjallajökul, Langjökull through the windows of the cottage. Closed to the cottage is Skálholt church, one of Iceland´s most important historic sites. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the coziness, the kitchen, the hot tub. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Only 2 km to Health service. If you have back problems we have a soft mattress for you. The cottage is 25 m2 with a big terrase and hot tub. In the kitchen you´ll find all necessities, microwave, coffee machine, fridge etc. Bathroom with shower and WC, towels, soap etc. All the linen is included and kept in a cupboard. You have all access to the house, terrace,furniture, hot tub and parking place. You have a private entrance to the cabin. The cabin (guesthouse) is separated from another house on the land. Most of the time we will be there for an advise and help. Of course you are free of walking everywhere on the land You can always interact with me if you need. In the house you will find more informations and instructions The place has a panoramic view of mountains, glaciers and the famous vulcanos, Hekla and Eyjafjallajökull A regular bus transport from Reykjavík to the nearest village, Laugarás (1,6 km distance from the cottage) Only 2 km to the nearest Health service and a greenhouse farmer where you can buy vegetables among other things. Only 1 km to the nearest garage. You can easily travel by a car on an asphalt road, the last 600 m is a gravel road but easy to drive on
