The space Renovated period villa with all comforts, and with INTERNET and TV The villa is called "Villa Lillà" and its name derives from the lilac trees in the garden that embellish it with their colorful flowers in spring. Villa Lillà is an oasis of peace surrounded by greenery, a noble historic residence of the 18th century that is located in the center of the ancient village of Calvanico. The rooms of the villa are all cozy, bright and comfortable. The villa is equipped with independent heating. In the villa there is an Internet connection: free ADSL Wi-Fi. Guest access From the parking lot for several cars, private and fenced, you enter directly into the exclusive garden in this wing of the villa. The garden with English lawn, ornamental trees and fruit trees, fountain and shower, gives direct access to the entrance of this portion of the villa with 6 plus 2 beds. This wing of the villa is all exposed to the south and extends to the main staircase; from there you can access a second garden, also with trees and flowers, with lilac trees and preciously enriched by a gazebo with a rose garden, wisteria, and an ancient stone well closed in accordance with safety regulations. Adjacent to the well there is a small door with colored glass through which you can access a vegetable garden that joins the first garden and the parking lot. The equipped and flowered gardens, in spring are full of colors given by the roses of various colors of the rose gardens, azaleas, wisteria and lilacs; in summer the red, purple, white hydrangeas bloom, and in autumn there are the suggestive colors of the variegated leaves of the red and green maples. The adjacent gardens are enriched by fruit trees: hazelnuts, apricot, pear, fig and the hanging fruits offered by the owner of the villa, are available to guests. In addition, the gardens are embellished with ancient fountains, a cool gazebo with an ancient well (closed for safety). There is the possibility of taking a shower in the garden and using the barbecue for pleasant barbecues and bicycle rides (1 bicycle for adults and 1 for children available to guests).
