The space On a 90 m2 living area, you have 3 bedrooms upstairs with a double sink bathroom, walk-in shower and toilet. On the ground floor, a large open room with living and dining room, a modern kitchen and another toilet. You have 2 kinds of heating, either with a wood burning stove or with a reversible, hot, cold A/C. The exposure is in the South West with sunshine all day . Outside, there is a stone terrace at the front and another wooden terrace at the back of the cottage. You can park 2 cars at the private parking lot in front of the cottage. Located at the exit of the village at height, you can enjoy the panorama of the Volcano range with the village of Montpeyroux, the most beautiful village in France with its Arkose stone keep.
