In the wonderful hamlet of Castiglione di Ravello, a few minutes' walk from Atrani and Amalfi, is Le Sea House, a vacation home for four people with a charming view of the coast and some features that set it apart: it is a stone's throw from Castiglione beach, the village of Atrani and Amalfi; you can book a parking space in the garage (for a fee); from the garage, with a private elevator, you can access the apartment with only one step! The space Le Sea House is a 50 sqm detached villa. It has 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, a full bathroom with shower and a living room with a double sofa bed. In the living room there is a comfortable kitchen, complete with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and all the useful equipment for cooking. There are wine glasses. The outdoor terrace is private. There is a comfortable table with Vietri ceramics, chairs, deck chairs and an outdoor shower with hot water. The whole house and terrace overlook the sea and Atrani. Guest access Guests have the option to park in the garage. The private elevator starts from the garage and takes you 20 steps from the house's entrance The terrace of La Sea House is for exclusive use. Other things to note The parking space in the garage, shared with other guests, is to be reserved at the time of booking. The cost of this service is €25.00 per day. Please let us know your arrival time and if you'll be coming by car at least 24 hours before check-in to arrange everything in the best possible way Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. The following late check-in fees apply: from 9:00 p.m. to midnight: €30.00. This fee is to be paid in cash upon arrival. Other surcharges to be paid in cash upon arrival €70.00 for final cleaning; €3.00 per person per day for tourist tax; €25.00 per day for the parking space in the shared garage.
