Low Farm Barn a family and dog friendly haven

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful converted Single storey Barn, located in the Suffolk countryside. An ideal family and dog friendly home with plenty of indoor and outdoor space, a giant chess set and table tennis. There are local foodie pubs in Laxfield (1.5 miles) and Badingham (1.5 miles). Shop in Laxfield. The Suffolk Coast is a short drive away. Framlingham is 5 miles away and is host to many places to eat and to shop and home to the amazing Castle on the Hill. The space Low Farm Barn is accommodation for 13 people, with have two travel cots (up to 2 years old) bring your own bedding. For an extra charge we can accommodate and extra person. This would be a sofa bed on Barn gallery. Living space A large open area with sofa and chairs and tv, with table football. There is a large dining table. There is also a gallery above where there is a sofa bed for extra guest to sleep. There is also a small pool table. There are screens provided for privacy. There is a toilet just off the living space. From this area there is a door that leads you into the kitchen area. There is a small step down. There is another dining table that sits 10 and a breakfast bar for 3 guests. There is fully functional working kitchen, including an induction hob ( 5 hobs), a warming draw, two ovens and a microwave. There is a larder fridge and a American fridge freezer with ice and filtered water. There are two dishwashers, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There are all the utensils needed for cooking for large numbers. There is children's cutlery and crockery and 2 highchairs available Bedrooms As you leave the kitchen area you enter a corridor to the bedrooms. The far bedroom Daisy is on one level and contains 1 super king bed and a single bed. There is hanging space and shelves, chest of draws and bedside tables. There is an en-suite with a bath and walk in shower which is floor level. This also includes a toilet and sink. Clover bedroom. This is on two levels. On the first level is a single bed and en-suite with a shower unit and sink and toilet . There is hanging space and shelves and chest of draws. As you go upstairs into the gallery bedroom there is a small double bed. This has a slopping ceiling. Butterfly is on two levels again. Single bed and en-suite with bath with shower over it, sink and toilet. There is hanging space and chest of draws . Above in the gallery bedroom is a large double bed. This has a slopping ceiling. Annabel is also on two levels on the first level there is two single beds and en-suite with shower cubical, sink and toilet. Hanging space and chest of draws. Up in the gallery bedroom there is a king bed. There is a slopping ceiling. All stairs are fitted with Stair gates. Outside there is a patio area with dinning area. A large lawn area with outside games, a Bbq area and fire pit. Guest access Guests have access to the whole of the inside of the property. Outside there is a car parking area for 5 cars and the use of the EV electric hook up, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with a charger card. This service will be charged at £25 per charge. A large outside area including a grass area, barbecue area, fire pit, patio area for dinning and an orchard with seasonal fruit. Other things to note The pianos are not to be played. Please keep gate shut as we have horses.
