Air conditioning in all bedrooms, but probably you won’t need it as the weather is really nice in El Valle. High speed WiFi. Four Smart TVs and cable. Private access to the house, with remote control access door, maintenance and gardening comes every day. Towels and sheets are provided. Bicycles available for adults and children. Near to supermarkets. The house is suitable for 3 families, 2 adults with kids per family. Or 4 -6 adult couples. No pets allowed. Guest access Guest have exclusive use of the property. Security gate protects the property. Guests will receive keys and remote control for the house. Other things to note Basic cleaning included 1 tank of gas for the jacuzzi heater is provided free of charge with the booking. Additional tank if necessary will be provided upon request with an additional charge of $100 for each tank.
