Includes an AC, TV, Wi-Fi, heater, workstation, a common iron, a spacious wardrobe and hangers. Common Bathroom BEDROOM 2 This bedroom is on the first floor. Includes an AC, TV, Wi-Fi, heater, a common iron, a spacious wardrobe, a rollaway bed and hangers. Attached Bathroom, Attached Balcony BEDROOM 3 This bedroom is on the first floor. Includes an AC, TV, Wi-Fi, heater, workstation, a common iron, a spacious wardrobe and hangers. Attached Bathroom, Attached Balcony BATHROOMS There are 2 attached bathrooms and a common bathroom. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA There is a living room on the ground floor with sofa-style seating for 10 people and a bar counter. Include AC, TV, WI-Fi, heater, a patio, board games and a sound system. Comes with a dining area. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen to reheat their meals. It is equipped with all reheating essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN There is a cosy 500 sq. ft lawn with a gazebo. There is plenty of greenery on the lawn and an al fresco dining setup can be arranged in the gazebo at a prior notice. POOL There is a private outdoor pool. The pool is 12ft x 24ft with a depth of 5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. A jacuzzi is present beside the pool. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa. Other things to note - Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. - A barbecue kit is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - A bonfire setup can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs. 1000 per session. - Jacuzzi can be used by the guests at an extra cost of Rs. 3000 per session of 2 hours for 5 people. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
