The wide staircase invites you to ascend, and with each step along the corridors, the building’s age reveals itself, painting vivid tales of the past. But as you enter the FOREST and OCEAN Nests on the 3rd floor, a dramatic transformation unfolds. These identical apartments, side by side, are more than just places to stay—they are oases of REPRIEVE and RELAXATION. Your paradigm shifts as you step into cozy, humble homes designed to make you smile. The OPEN PARKING lot is located right next to the building, while shaded parking areas can be found a little further away. Each Nest identical Nest is made up of two ADJOINING ROOMS. Each room has a door leading to the building's main hallway, and one wall has jalousied windows looking out to the hallway, the forest, and the bay beyond. Each room is equipped with an AC unit and a ceiling fan. In one room is the Dining, Living, and Kitchen area where the Bathroom, TV, and sofabed are located. In the other room is the BEDROOM with two beds and a HAMMOCK. The BATHROOM is designed in such a way that it's possible for TWO PEOPLE to make use of it at the same time. A small hallway leads to the toilet, while the shower area is curtained off. The sink is located in the kitchenette area. The KITCHENETTE is small but functional. There's cold drinking water in the fridge for our guests. Subic Water is POTABLE. There's an electric stove for cooking, a rice cooker, and a couple of pots and pans. The BATHROOMS have strong water pressure, hot water, and towels are provided. Lose yourself in a cozy nook filled with our favorite BOOKS AND GAMES, or find solace in the two-person HAMMOCK, ready to carry your burdens away. Binge-watch on NETFLIX, or browse through some of our all-time favorites in a flash drive attached to the TV. This Nest is equipped with FIBER internet. Because we live in such a woody area, sometimes our internet connection is disconnected by MONKEYS or falling trees. Step outside the doors of these Nests and be greeted by a breathtaking view of the dense RAINFOREST and the invigorating sight of TRIBOA BAY. The backyard has some PICNIC tables which are shared by all occupants of our building, though we CAUTION against bringing food outdoors due to the MONKEYS. If you're craving for some water time, there is a newly renovated SWIMMING POOL in the hotel next door, which guests can access for a FEE. A SNACK BAR also offers light fare and refreshments within the pool area. As part of the CROWN PEAK community, you will indeed enjoy your PROXIMITY to convenience stores, laundromats, specialty shops and cafes.
