NordHaus-Oświno - Scandinavian house for up to 8 people

We rent a year-round Scandinavian house with an area of 96 m2 located in the village of Oświno on a fenced plot (1200 m2 ). The layout of the house is shown in the view of the photos. On the property there are: - BBQ grill - fire pit - children's activities - swing, trampoline, football goal. Countryside located on Lake Woświn. The gentle coasts make the lake friendly for bathing and water recreation. Access to the lake via a public beach - about 200 meters from the house. The space DOM NordHAUS is designed and built for a shared family getaway. We're here to help: - A spacious living room with a dining room and an open kitchen – allowing you to spend time together - the living room has a comfortable rest, TV, sat, WiFi, and a fireplace that will create a unique mood on cool evenings - Fully equipped and functional kitchen where there are: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, ceramic hob, complete equipment with plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery, pots - there are 4 bedrooms: 3 double beds, 2 single beds (linens included, set of towels) - we have two bathrooms with a toilet, sink, shower, equipped with a hair dryer - In the utility room there is a washer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron - The house is complemented by a very large, covered terrace equipped with a table, a 3-person sofa and a chair, which is a great place to spend time both day and warm summer evenings, the patio is lit The house is completely wooden, decorated in Scandinavian style, with bright wooden walls that create a unique atmosphere inside the house. GARDEN and LEISURE We leave the entire plot with an area of 1200m2, fenced, with a comfortable place to park the car and a rest area and additional attractions. The garden has a children's play area: a swing, a ladder, a large trampoline, a gate and play balls, badbington pallets. In addition, the garden has a brick barbecue with the necessary equipment, a fire pit (with a fireplace grill for sausages and fireplaces). The price also includes wood for both bonfires and a fireplace. In the garden, right next to the garden grill, there is a wooden gazebo that can be used as a temporary shelter for passing rains while grilling or burning a bonfire. We leave a garden bed and sun loungers for sunbathing at your disposal. Guest access Guests have access to the home Other things to note On the day of arrival, a security deposit of 1000 PLN or 200€ is charged. The security deposit is refunded on the day of checkout.
