Designer Room @ Soul Route / King size bed!

Soul Route is a part of my family's residential bungalow. Located on the 2nd floor of our home, with a private lift access to the airbnb floor! A total of 6 rooms are available on this floor. By booking this listing, you will have access to ROOM 5 only. All our rooms are tastefully designed with en-suite bathrooms. Should you wish to book more rooms more space, please drop me a message and I will assist you with your booking :) The space - Location – Jaydev Vihar - Airport / 6 km - Kalinga Stadium / 1.5 km - Udaygiri & Khandagiri Caves / 7 km - Nandan Kanan Zoo / 11.5 km - Lingaraj Temple / 8 km - Kala Bhoomi Crafts Museum / 9 km - Dhauli Shanti Stupa / 16 km - Jagannath Temple (Puri) / 65 km - Konark Sun Temple / 97 km Guest access Your room at Soul Route is located on the 2nd floor of the property. Once you've been let in at the main gate to the complex, you will find a private entrance to take you up to the airbnb, either by lift or the stairs. Please note that the lift will not work if there is a rain or power cut, but the lights and fans in your room will be functional at all times. Security: The main gate to the house is kept locked at all times. Our watchman is available from 7am to 10pm every day to make sure that the gate can be unlocked when guests enter and exit. If you plan to arrive or depart outside those hours, please let us know so that we can organize it. Shared spaces / Common areas: - The Living Room. This space is furnished with a sofa set and two 4-seater dining table sets. - Dry Kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with the following... ~ Water Purifier. ~ Microwave ~ Sink (to wash used utensils after you are done using them). ~ Mini fridge. ~ Cutlery / Crockery ~ Serve ware ~ Hot water kettle ~ Coffee/sugar/milk sachets for endless amounts of hot beverages. Please note: NO COOKING ALLOWED! Other things to note Before you book with us, please do make a note of the following things... - Sleeping arrangement: 1 king size bed - Suitable for 2 people. Additional floor mattresses can be provided for extra guests. - For the Check-In registration process, we will require a government issued ID of all the guests. - My family (mum & dad + sometimes my brother too) and I occupy the ground floor and the first floor of the building. So, sometime you will bump into us (especially if you use the stairs). - FYI. Currently we have a single point of entrance (main gate) to the building. Therefore, we have established quiet time post 10pm after which the gate is closed.
