In the cozy kitchen, you will find an oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. The house has 5 rooms with double beds in 4 rooms. In a fifth room, there are 2 separate single beds. The living room is still equipped with an extra bed. The garden starts with a veranda and directly borders the river "de Rotte". Guest access Swim Swimming is only possible if there are no other parties / events on the premises. Other things to note The property is located at an event venue. Parties and events can continue until 12:30 a.m. On January 1st, there is the traditional New Year's dive between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m.
