It is a house with a lovely garden - clean, comfortable and private It is very central to schools, hospitals and shopping mall's. One Bedroom with Queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. Another bedroom with two single beds that at the guests request can be converted into a King size bed. With one own bathroom (not ensuite). Small living space and fully equipped kitchen. Guest access All you see in the pictures is for the exclusive use of the guests staying in the house, except the locked cupboards that is for private use only. The only part that is not exclusive is the driveway and some cupboards in the bedrooms, bathroom and in the kitchen. Fullly Equipped Kitchen, with coffee machine and dishwasher as a extra 'nice to have' away from home. Bedrooms: Linen/Bed Sheets/Blankets and Pillows. Fan for summer times and Air-conditioning in one bedroom at a additional cost for R50 per day. Bathrooms: Towels and Toilet paper Small living area: with television (DSTV with Compact Plus), Radio and Wireless Internet Access. Dining table or working space. Patio: Outside Braai with a Weber or Mobile Braai. Beautiful garden to enjoy. Other things to note Parking for one car, and one extra car uncovered. NO SMOKING INSIDE: If you wish to smoke, please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes afterwards. If you're staying for 1 week or more, cleaning and clean sheets and towels will be provided on a weekly basis (no charge). Daily house cleaning is not included, only on a Tuesday and Thursday between 7h30-11h30. PETS on the premises: Two very friendly cats, lives outside and sleeps in the laundry room outside. Even if you love cats, please be respectful to all guests and don't allow them inside the house. You maybe kind to them, Aero is the ginger cat and Max is the grey one. Seperate Flat: We have a private, seperate flat on the premises. Please be respectful to our permanent tenant with parking, noise and privacy. Just come, relax, enjoy and feel at home in our house.
