The space Named after Lady Rosalie Chichester’s dog, Memory, Memory House is the original house that Lady Chichester created with all the period features maintained but done in a stylish contemporary way.At 60m2, the kitchen living area is the ultimate lifestyle space. With a bespoke Stephen Graver kitchen with all the necessary appliances it adjoins the living area with sofas that gaze out to sea and spill over onto the outside terrace. Cornicing, picture rails and stylish coving harks back to bygone eras but the high quality luxurious finishes give you the perfect space to enjoy your break. Memory House comes with 4 beautifully finished bedrooms. Spoilt for choice, either Bedroom 1 or Bedroom 2 could carry the title of Master Bedroom Suite. Both with Bay Windows overlooking the sea and beach, large shower ensuites, Super King beds and 250 thread count linen, you will never want to leave this luxurious haven. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are well appointed comfortable rooms which share a bathroom on the 2nd floor. The wraparound southerly terrace ensures that you follow the sunshine throughout the whole day. Complete with large 6 person Hot Tub, outside shower and wonderful gardens, the outside is an oasis of great views. Guest access Memory House has 4 spacious luxurious bedrooms with amazing views. A private decked terrace with 6 man hot tub (please note this may not reach the recommended temperature on the first day of your booking), BBQ outside furniture for relaxing and dining and an outside shower. There are up to 2 dedicated car parking spaces in the private car park. Only cars with an official car parking pass may park. At Check in, (Between 6pm and 9pm), you will have 30 minutes to place a car park pass in your car window upon arrival. To help us maintain these spaces for all of our guests, we ask you to let us know how many passes you require (max 2) prior to your stay. The Beach is a 30 second walk away from Parade House, a 2 minute walk takes you into the quaint town centre of Woolacombe with restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and shops. We will consider a 5 night minimum booking between September and June, please ask for pricing. Other things to note Please Note Check in is strictly between 5pm and 9pm on your day of arrival. There is a detailed Guest Book available in the property to help you plan your stay, covering Things to Do, restaurants and even a little history of Parade House and the local area. Should you require a baby sitter, please do get in touch and we will pass on the details for a lovely local lady. Please note, Parade House is ideally positioned on the sea front in Woolacombe. Whilst barely overlooked, the properties are still within earshot of other properties and we ask for noise to be kept to a minimum and that you have respect and regard for other Parade House guests and local neighbours. Whilst it has not been necessary in the past, we reserve the right to retain some or all of your deposit if there are complaints for noise pollution*. *verified under standard governmental environmental health guidelines for noise disturbances with environmental app. Please note we cannot accept any post to the holiday lets at Parade House. Please also note that if any items are left in your property there is a standard £20 charge plus postage levied by our House Keeper to return to your nominated address. Please note, you are booking the entire space regardless of the make up of your party. If you cannot afford to pay for the property in its entirety on your own, then we advise you not to book.
