Véronique & Alain's Cottage – SALERNES The space Located in the middle of the pine forest, in a quiet, sloping wooded area of 10,000 m² with large terraces, bordered below by the Bresque river (fishing category no. 1), semi-detached house with the owner's house without overlooking. Enjoy a relaxing stay in the heart of nature in this cottage with private covered terrace with garden furniture, sunbathing. At your disposal, a well-designed communal swimming pool on a bank above the terrace (9 m x 4 m, depth 1.40 m) and secured by a roller shutter, accessed by a few steps and a pleasant small landscaped path, a petanque court, a shelter serving as a summer kitchen with gas plancha and washing machine. Ideal for relaxation and tranquility, hiking, fishing... Wi-Fi. Maximum of two pets allowed. The gîte is located on the slope of a hill, in a natural environment with access via a largely paved track, then a sloping path and a flat parking lot at the end. Ground floor: kitchen, living room with insert fireplace, TV, sofa bed, one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), one bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a shower room, a separate toilet. Electric and wood heating mode (€15 per half cubic meter), reversible air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. Cleaning fee requested if pet.
