The building, which became one of the most famous architectural monuments in the city, was badly damaged during the Soviet-Finnish War and restored in the post-war years. The apartment has recently been renovated, floor heating is installed throughout the apartment! The very center of the city, nearby all the necessary shops, cafes, restaurants, parks and a train station. Bedroom 1 has a balcony overlooking the closed courtyard of the house.
