It has 3 double bedrooms; 2 bathrooms; fully equipped kitchen; a spacious dining room / living room and a beautiful terrace with two different areas: the outdoors dining room with views to the Mediterranean sea, the lighthouse and watchtower of Cala Figuera; and the outdoor lounge room with sofas ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or strolling around. The apartment has air conditioning that turns into heating in winter, high speed fiber optic internet and a 48 "smart TV. One of the rooms is equipped with a double bed (150 x 190 cm²) while the others have two single beds (90 x 190 cm²) that can also be configured as a large double bed (180cm x 190cm ). All beds are new and the mattresses are made of visco-elastic memory foam. All the electricity the house consumes is 100% renewable with guaranteed origin. The apartment is ideal for couples or families. Children are welcome and will surely enjoy the spacious living room (we also offer some toys to make the most of your vacation). The apartment is located in Cala Figuera, a charming historic fishing port on the south coast of Mallorca 5 km from Santanyí, 54 km from Palma de Mallorca and 44 km from the airport. The closest beaches are Cala Santanyí at 3 km and the wonderful beaches of the Mondragó national park at 4 km. You can get to Cala Figuera by bus from Palma de Mallorca, but it is highly recommended to rent a car (you can rent it at the airport) to move freely. The village provides guests with all the essentials they may need during their stay; Shops, supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, etc ... as well as numerous bars and restaurants of high quality and with prices that adapt to every pocket. The surrounding landscape is both rural and coastal. It has two natural parks (Mondragó and Cabrera) and excellent beaches 10 or 15 minutes away by car. Rental car is recommended to move around the area. Other things to note Ecotasa. Visitors to Mallorca are required to pay a tax (ECOTASA) dedicated to supporting the island’s resources and environment. For holiday homes like ours, the tax is 2€ per guest per night. (For comparison, it’s 4€ per guest per night in hotels.) This tax helps address the impact of tourism on essential local resources, such as transportation, waste management, and water supplies. During the summer months, the population of Mallorca doubles, and this contribution plays a key role in ensuring we can continue to welcome visitors while preserving the island’s beauty and functionality for everyone.
